We have converted one of our HostPay themes (click here to view the HostPay themes) in to a CSS/ HTML template free for everyone to download, Heart Internet customer or not. It is 100% free, you can make any changes you want to it and you can use it for any type of website you see fit, personal or commercial.
The free web hosting template is fully W3C Standards Compliant and comes with a home page, a hosting information page plus a generic ‘content’ page for anything else you may need. Here are a couple of screen shots:

We want you to enjoy using this template, but we also want to take credit for its design. With this in mind, you are not permitted to copy, display or engage in any licensing, sub-licensing or distribution of the template. https://www.themespress.com/ might be a good place to start, although it would probably be simpler to have your WordPress install separate and just link to it from the template pages.

Is the logo available in an editable format, PSD?

It is just a dummy logo we created to show where one could go. It is not meant to be used as a customer’s final logo.

If we make the PSD available we will see dozens of logos all exactly the same and we don’t believe that is in our reseller’s interests.
